The renovation begins
October of 2021 - San Martino 62 as seen from the back yard on our initial viewing. Notice the shutters are rotted and need some love. Replacing the rotted windows and the door and the shutters were our first order of the day as it related to the start of the renovation. Now the inside!
Renovations begin! Having a window in that space was important to me. It took us close to 6 months of permitting to get the permission but having it in place has been well worth it! It gave us more light in the house and from the window we could see the beautiful olive trees of our land.
New exterior lighted stairway and new patio with grill and brick oven were completed spring of 2025.
